Refund Policy

At Veinyard, we are committed to ensuring a fair experience for both creators and customers. Our refund policy is designed to handle disputes regarding digital products sold on our platform. By purchasing products through Veinyard, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Veinyard reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the outlined criteria. The decision made by Veinyard on refund eligibility is final.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are considered within 30 days of purchase, provided that one or more of the following conditions apply:

1.1. Product Malfunction

If the product does not function as intended or as described, and technical issues persist after reasonable troubleshooting, a refund may be issued. Please note, some products may require users to be whitelisted, which must be done by the creator.

1.2. Misrepresentation of Product

If the product received is significantly different from its description or is missing key advertised features, a refund may be considered.

1.3. Whitelist Issues

If you were denied access to the product's whitelist without a valid reason, or if your whitelist access was revoked without cause, a refund may be granted. Valid reasons for revocation include, but are not limited to, attempts to leak, resell, or misuse the product.

2. Conditions That Invalidate Refunds

Refund requests will not be granted in the following cases:

2.1. Breach of Platform Rules

If your access to the product or its whitelist is revoked due to a violation of our platform’s terms, such as leaking, attempting to resell, or misuse of the product, you are not eligible for a refund.

2.2. Security or Virus Concerns

While we do not publicly include potential virus concerns in this policy, Veinyard actively monitors and ensures that products hosted on our platform are safe for use. Refund requests solely based on unfounded virus suspicions will not be considered.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

Before requesting a refund, customers are encouraged to attempt to resolve the issue directly with the creator. We recommend that creators provide a Discord server or other communication channels for faster support. However, if an issue cannot be resolved with the creator, customers may then submit a formal refund request.

4. Refund Criteria

Refund requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

4.1. Technical Support

If the creator has not provided adequate technical support or documentation to help you use the product correctly, and the product is unusable as a result, a refund may be issued.

4.2. Attempts to Resolve Issues

Refund requests will only be considered if the customer has made reasonable efforts to resolve the issue with the creator before submitting a claim to Veinyard.
